Against All Odds 2013 Charity Golf Tournament
EMBERS works closely with Corrections Canada to give second chances to those who wish to reform their lifestyle. As a result, Community Connections, Corrections Canada's quarterly newsletter, recaps EMBERS' 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament in their September edition. The tournament, which was an amazing success, raised a grand total of $35,000 with the support of sponsors and attendees. Central City Foundation
EMBERS works with many different organizations in order to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals who face barriers. One of these organizations is The Central City Foundation, who provide grants for and invest in social enterprises in order to help Vancouver's inner city improve. Recently, CCF's donors helped EMBERS Green Renovations purchase a new work van.
